PROGRAMS FOR THE MILITARY COMMUNITY
Free and confidential crisis counselling, individual, and group therapy programs for CAF/DND current and former members, as well as the broader CAF/DND community (military family members, Cadets, Juniour Canadian Rangers, caregivers of survivors of sexual misconduct ages 16+).
Our programs incorporate both western and Indigenous healing methods and are offered in-person or remotely.
